1. Description of Service

AdsManager AI provides a dashboard for visualizing and analyzing Meta (Facebook) Ads data. The Service allows users to connect their Meta Ad Accounts to view performance metrics, generate reports, and receive AI-driven insights.

2. Access and Permissions

To use our Service, you must explicitly grant us permission to access your Meta Ads data via the official Meta Graph API. You acknowledge that:

  • You have the necessary rights to grant access to the Ad Accounts you connect.
  • We primarily access your data in a read-only capacity to display analytics, unless you explicitly use features that require write access (such as automated rules).
  • You can revoke our access at any time via your Facebook Business Settings.

3. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose or to violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright or data privacy laws).

4. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content (excluding your ad data), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of AdsManager AI and its licensors. Our trademarks may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of AdsManager AI.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall AdsManager AI, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

  • Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service;
  • Any conduct or content of any third party on the Service;
  • Any content obtained from the Service; and
  • Unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content.

We do not guarantee specific advertising results (ROAS, CPA) as these depend on external factors beyond our control.

6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
